Would stay here again and enjoy a nice stay. Everything is good, really enjoyed my time here. It features nicely equipped and cheap rooms with TV set and decent toilet. The hotel provides a good service.

Charming small hotel and the location close to the railway was surprisingly quiet. The staff was extremely helpful, and the service was good. The room was nicely equipped and functional with a shower and fresh towels in the separate bathroom. The bed was comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi.

Everything about this charming small and perfectly fine hotel was good. The staff were very courteous and amiable and the facilities provided were good. I enjoyed the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Monckebergstrasse Thoroughfare was great.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was great, just one street away from the main train station but far enough away so there wasn't much noise from traffic. The room was fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The service and housekeeping were really good, and we appreciated the amenities provided such as heating. The dining options nearby were convenient, and the staff were super friendly. We were especially impressed with Eleanor, who went out of her way to be of assistance. The free Wi-Fi in public areas and 24-hour reception were also great amenities.

This place is highly recommended for families.

Fairly clean hotel, superfriendly staff, great location in a good neighbourhood. Location close to the Hauptbahnhof, ZOB and metro as well as the city center as well as Hamburg central.

The staff was amazingly nice, the room was neat and cheap with hairs in bathroom, everything was good. The location in a nice area was great and there were a bakery and supermarkets nearby.

my recent stay at a hotel in hamburg exceeded my expectations. the staff spoke english, the rooms were cleaned daily and had comfy beds. the powerful shower was a nice touch. unfortunately, the heating couldn't be adjusted and it was too hot.
